Price Fix: The Well-Renovated Downtown Apartment

On this edition of Price Fix -- hosted by real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran -- a homeowner wonders how much his apartment, purchased in 2005 for 1.1 million is worth. After roughly $200,000 in renovations, Ian hopes his apartment is worth at least $1.5 million, but his ideal listing price for $1.6 million. Brokers Wendy Sarasohn and Max Dobens weigh in with their appraisals, and Barbara tells Ian what she would list his apartment as if he were selling in the current market.
