Price Fix: The Well-Renovated Upper West Side Apartment

Barbara Corcoran brings in fellow brokers Kristen Magnani and Wendy Sarasohn to price a curious buyer-to-be's apartment. Homeowner Jill Bobigan bought a one bedroom / one bath apartment on the Upper West Side in 1994 for $355,000. She has, since then, invested an additional $200,000 in the space and it has paid off in spades. Adding two more bedrooms and one more bath, she did not sacrifice space at all. And with additional subtleties such as French oak cabinetry, new cherry floors, and even custom chrome and leather door knobs, Barbara had only good things to say about this space.
