State of the Market with Brian Lewis

Halstead broker Brian Lewis invites George in to his Upper West Side home to discuss the conditions of the current real estate market. He gives tips to potential buyers and sellers for 2010. He includes a forecast of sales in 2010 (supposed to pick up and quickly). He goes on to discuss how to prepare for a sell, and which rooms to spend on and renovate if you're getting ready to sell. Brian then talks about buying fixer-uppers and how to prepare yourself to buy. Afterward, George hits the street to ask the people what they think of the current market conditions.
