Price Fix: Midtown Edition

Homeowner Janet Han invites real estate mogul, Barbara Corcoran into her Midtown East apartment. Janet had added $100,000 in renovations to the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, upgrading the kitchen, closets and adding custom recessed lighting. Janet's hope is to break even on the $1.2 million apartment, but she's at the mercy of estimates by Barbara and brokers Max Dobens, of Prudential Douglas Elliman, and Donald Oula of Charles Rutenberg Realty.

This episode of OpenHouse NYC was hosted from 1045 Park Avenue. 1045 Park Avenue is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, listed at $8,995,000. 1045 Park is a Prudential Douglas Elliman listing. Contact broker Jacky Teplitzky at 212891.7263 for more information about this property.
