The problem? A beloved rooftop terrace with a less-than-thriving garden. The solution? Lush greenery and flowers from Starbright Floral Design...and a few gardening tips from George. The new terrace will be perfect for the homeowner's upcoming bridal shower, thrown by her sister Lisa (who also wrote to us on the sly).
