•
The Sunday brunch at cafe TOO is well worth its $40 price tag. The menu includes noodles, congee, dimsum and made-to-order pancakes, not to mention, amazing pastries and the best cappucino in Hong Kong.

 •
Cuisine Cuisine offers a modern twist on authentic Cantonese cuisine. Their modern yum cha interpretations are standouts and the homemade sauces are great souvenirs to take home.

 •
While at Cuisine, Cuisine, save room for dessert! mochi (sticky rice) and raspberry-infused cake was the perfect combination of East and West and completely satisfied my sweet tooth

 •
Restaurant Petrus' traditional French menu capitalizes on Hong Kong's proximity to world's finest and freshest ingredients. Case in point: this waygu beef on a bed of lentils with black truffle and marrow.
 •
My favorite dining experience in Hong Kong, Bo Innovation fuses the best of the old world with the new. Mastermind Chef Alvin Leung Jr. takes Chinese cuisine to a new (2-star Michelin-rated) level.

 •
Designed by Philippe Starck, the Felix Bar and Restaurant is a great place to relax, have a cocktail (try the Ning Sling!), and take in the Hong Kong Skyline.

 •
A renovated old Chinese pawnshop in Wan Chai plays host to this Happy Hour-friendly pub. I didn't get to nosh on the British fare, but the atmosphere was hip and inviting. I'd definitely go back.

 •
At Angelini, Chef Vittorio combines Hong Kong's abundance of seafood with healthy and delightful presentations for his modern Italian menu.

 •
Dragon-i was recommended to me by a couple friends as the place to see-and-be-seen, and now I know why. The global glitterati descend on this bar/lounge in Hong Kong's chic WynHo area on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

 •
I didn't make it out to the exclusive, members-only Halo, but I did get an invite! This dark-lit club is where the A-listers, models and Hong Kong elite go to get away from the scene. Not surprisingly, it's a bit difficult to get past the velvet rope.
 •
Tucked away in ritzy Wan Chai, Korean-English HK designer Sonjia Norman specializes in one-of-a-kind pieces and modified vintage clothing. Bring something home that no one else will have.

 •
Head to the highest point in HK, Victoria Peak, for the most spectacular 360 degree views. There's even a shopping mall at the top!
 •
Touted as the Malibu of Hong Kong, Repulse Bay is home to the city's elite (and a prime summer destination for many).

 •
South of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon offers a prime view of the beautiful Hong Kong skyline.
