LX.TV is your guide to the newest destinations, the most exclusive places and the latest developments in food, nightlife, art, fashion, travel, and entertainment. For the past two years, we've covered New York and LA hotspots, services, and entertainment, and we've recently launched in Chicago with plans to expand nationwide.

Our company began as a broadband video network catering to young, affluent urbanites. Our original content has taken our viewers everywhere from Madison Avenue for a post-bonus shopping spree to Vail, Colorado for a luxurious introduction to ski season to LA's hippest boutiques for some fashion therapy.

Through a variety of programs our hosts take you behind the scenes for VIP access to the cutting edge of luxury lifestyle and the people who define it (read: you). We also cover national lifestyle trends with shows like I Do!, our weekly look at the latest in platinum weddings.

Our 1stLook shows, produced locally in New York, LA and Chicago, continue to keep our viewers in the know, with weekly updates on what's hot -- and luxurious -- in their city. 1stLook is also home to comedian Mo Rocca's weekly "5 Minutes with," an interview segment with today's tastemakers.

And while our viewers are always aware of where to shop and where to go on vacation, we know there's no place like home. OpenHouse NYC and OpenHouse LA, focus on high-end real estate in New York and Los Angeles, with a focus on buying, selling, and renovating. (Dreaming is OK too).

In January of 2008, NBC Local Media (a division of NBC Universal) acquired LX.TV -- a move that only increases our reach in the cities we cover. In New York, you can catch our cutting-edge content in the city's taxis, in addition to finding it online and on WNBC. In LA, you can catch us on KNBC, and in Chicago on WMAQ.
