Their custom design is not good. I had them create a custom ring for me, and the workmanship was terrible. I paid top-dollar, yet received an item that was sub-par, completely unacceptable. As someone who knows well-made jewelry, I could see each of the prongs on my ring was a different size and shape. It looked like a student worked on the ring. The owner defended her jeweler's work...

The jewelry in the display cases was pretty, pricey and most certainly made overseas.

I will not be back.

Avoid this place at all costs. Although the shop is trendy and situated in the friendly Grove, the merchandise is questionable. I was nearly sold a pre-owned piece of jewelry. Buyer beware. You'll be stuck with it as thee is NO RETURN POLICY.
