Summer Love: Grilled Cheese Truck

We usually don't advocate tailgating, but The Grilled Cheese Truck is one vehicle you'll want to follow. This LA-based food truck boasts classic (American cheese on wheat) and modern (cheesy mac and rib) interpretations of the perennial favorite. And in an homage to childhood lunches, sandwiches are paired with tomato soup and tator tots.

Love it! Have been meaning to try some of the trucks for a while, including the Buttermilk Truck. Will keep the Grilled Cheese Truck in mind for sure.
